Email Communication
All contacts within The Hoyte Group database are informed of the new listing via a dedicated ‘Just Listed’ email blast. As needed, we’ll continue to promote the property and any changes that may take place in all email correspondence and monthly newsletter communication.

Direct Mailing & Door Hangers
Neighbors are some of the best advocates for the sale of your property. They know the area and often know people who would love to live near them. We connect with 100-200 of your closest neighbors via direct mailer postcards and door hangers to inform them of the new listing.

Recognizable Signage
We set ourselves apart with our signage by using both handmade bespoke wooden framed signs and traditional “L” frame signposts that utilize solar LED lighting. The automatic lighting makes sure the sign panel is visible even in the dark of the night, drawing more attention.

Open Houses
The first weekend your listing hits the market, we host open houses. The primary reasons we host open houses – an opportunity to set your house apart from the rest; social situations ease tension; reduced individual showings; neighbors can swing by for a meet and greet; and it’s a chance to share added extras.
